Horizon view migration question

Hi, Need some advice, thanks! My customer is running a POC done by us with horizon view VDI, and we are proposing a way to migrate them to a production environment. Some users are using the desktops,so we hope there is no downtime or minimum, to achieve a seamless cutoff.

In POC, we have a Vcenter5.0 , composer in it. Connection server VM is seperated, v5.2. They use link-clone. A master image with multiple snapshots.

In production, we setup a new vcenter 5.5, composer in it too. Connection server v5.3. we are creating a new master image, and at same time, copy those old master images with snapshots from POC storage to the new datastore. Persona setting on Domain controller with user data in file server. Applied to an OU called lab-view . I plan to create some pools with different VDI PC names while still use the same template persona in lab-view container so that the group policy can apply to these new desktops VMs.

I am wondering if there can have a smooth cutover when the new server is up , the users just need to add the new CS server hostname on their view client and connect to new environment, while still keep their own desktop/bookmarks/files untouched?

Please advise,thanks so much!
