2 factor authentication (RSA RADIUS) - get the message "next response" from view client

Hi everyone

Now I am using RADIUS authentication on VMview server

The RADIUS server is from RSA. I have added the vmiew server as the RADIUS Client and Agent

when I use the user + token without PIN requirement, the authentication is successful.

The following pic indicates the PIN is required or not on RSA manager 7.1

but once set the token as "PIN required", i always get the following issue from view client. I do not know what "next response" is, it should be from RSA (RADIUS) server, but I am unclear which setting can solve the "response"
