URI USB Syntax Problem - connectUSBonInsert

Has anyone been able to get the "connectUSBonInsert" option for the URI for vmware horizon view to work correctly?

I can get the "connectUSBonStartup" to work, but have not had any luck whatsoever with the "Connect on Insert" option.

Here is the syntax I've tried:

vmware-view://virtualservername/Display%20Name%20of%20Pool?desktopProtocol=PCoIP?action=start-session&connectUSBOnInsert=true?desktopLayout=fullscreen

However, this does not automatically enable the "Connect USB on Insert" option.

If I try they same URI, replacing "connectUSBOnInsert" with "connectUSBOnStartup", it will automatically enable the "Connect USB on Startup" option.

Does the "Connect on Insert" work for anyone? Or is the documentation incorrect for the syntax?

Or, does something else have to be set somewhere to enable that flag?

I am using Mac OS X 10.8.4; VMware Horizon View Client 2.1.0.
