Mac View Client not connecting to Desktops

I'm having a strange problem from my MacBook that has only just started. When I try to connect to a desktop, whether it is a Linked Clone desktop or an RDS desktop, I get the following error:

Alert

Error: The connection timed out

This has just started happening, I used to be able to connect without any issues.

Connection server is 6.0.1

Desktop agent is 6.0.1

Mac Client is 3.2 (2331566)

If I connect via HTML Blast there are no issues, the desktops run without problems, and I don't have this problems when I connect to RDS published applications.

Because we are still getting our DMZ infrastructure approved by corporate head office, I am connecting to the internal network via an internet connection secured by the Checkpoint Endpoint client, but there are no speed or latency issues.

Windows clients don't appear to have this issue, my boss uses a Surface and the Windows Client connected to the internal wireless network.

The environment is pre-prod at the moment, so there is very little load on it, we have around 15 beta test users accessing the system, running on a hp Blade farm and NetApp Flash Pool storage.
