recomposition stuck at "creating refresh checkpoint" only on 32 bits

Hello,

We have a problem with recomposition on View Horizon 5.3.7. We updated vCenter to 5.5.0 Update 03 version (build 4180646) and ESXi to kernel version 4345813 with Update Manager, then all View components on vCenter and masters to 5.3.7. The recompositions were fine on Windows 7 64 bits desktops except on one master on Windows 7 32 bits. VMware Tools and View Agent were updated as the 64 bits masters except we use the 32 bits installer version. Each time a recomposition is launched, VMs stuck in vCenter after some time at 99% on "reconfigure virtual machine" task. View Administrator indicates the VMs are in "customizing" state and "creating refresh checkpoint" task. We tried to uninstall and reinstall again and again VMware Tools and View Agent but nothing changes.

In View Composer log, we can see some fatal errors like

2016-11-02 13:55:07,679 | 61        | FATAL | Sim.ServiceCore.SimServiceApiImpl - Error: fail to execute web service call: RemoveDeploymentGroup

VMware.Sim.ServiceCore.Exception.SimDaoException: DeploymentGroupDo: 0b0cdc51-2b82-4d87-916e-97874635429f still has sim clones: cb244c50-02a6-46b5-8b1c-039a3a7eb535.

   à VMware.Sim.ServiceCore.Persistence.Database.DeploymentGroupDoDbMgr.Remove(String id, SimDbTransaction tran)

à VMware.Sim.ServiceCore.SimServiceApiImpl.RemoveDeploymentGroup(String dgId), Machine Name: VCENTER-VIEW-NG, Timestamp: 02/11/2016 12:55:07, App Domain Name: SviWebService.exe, Thread Identity: , Windows Identity: AUTORITE NT\Système, OS Version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1, reason: DataConstraintViolation

but these errors were already presents before this problem so I think it's not significant.

Can we have some help please ? Thank you !

Regards,

Alexandre
