Adobe docs print partly garbage using 4.2 client with redirected printer

Now that we deployed the 4.2 client (4.2.0 build-4336726) I'm seeing that on some Adobe docs are now printing some garbage (random letters and numbers) in place pf some text. Not with all documents.  This totally reproducible when I roll back to the previous version, it prints fine and when I load 4.2 it starts printing junk.    If I print to another printer that isn't redirected from the local machine it prints fine as well.

Anyone see this or know the fix? besides putting the old one back on.
