Is there Cdmlet or PowerCLI that able to send a message to VMs with active session?

Dear experts

I am actively seeking a PowerCLI or cdmlet that able to send a message to VMs with active session.

So I can send out notices to VM users who currently in VM.

I found there is an option in view administrator pool menu but I am seeking a script way to accomplish such task so I can schedule message broadcasting.
