log off on disconnect from desktop- in ubuntu

Hi,

The college I work for has been trying to cut costs in IT and so we've moved over to a virtual environment using VMware-Horizon-Client. We run it on windows ThinPC systems, however even with the thinner OS, the computers are still slow, so we've been experimenting with an Lubuntu based system. The users are all used to the Windows login, so I've tried to restrict the user as much as possible in the unfamiliar environment. I.E, disabling basically any feature that would cause any confusion in our least adept users.

So far, everything is smooth, it runs much faster than our windows machines and it's almost ready for deployment, however it some issues left. We connect to a view server with windows 7 snapshots, and when we log off in the windows 7 UI, it brings the user back to the pool selection screen. This is a very big issue for us since we can't have users connecting to more than one pool since it would cause some issues for us, so we don't want them to be able to choose their pool. However, it just keeps going back to the pool selection when the user logs off.

This is very easy to fix running it in a windows environment, you simply add the "hideClientAfterLaunchSession" argument and you're done. However, this isn't supported in Lubuntu. How could I go about modifying this?

The current command I'm running in my script is: vmware-view --lockServer --serverURL=our_server_name --nomenubar --desktopName=the_pool_name

everything here works fine up to this point.

The view-preferences file looks like this:

          view.autoConnectBroker = "our_server_name"

          view.autoConnectDesktop = "TRUE"

          view.defaultBroker = "our_server_name"

          view.defaultDomain = "our_server_name"

          view.deviceID = "**:**:**:**:**:**"

          view.monitors = "1"

          view.nonInteractive = "TRUE"

          view.sendCtrlAltDelToVM = "TRUE"

          view.usbAutoConnectAtStartUp = "TRUE"

          view.usbAutoConnectOnInsert = "TRUE"

Is there anything I can add here, or anywhere else that would allow me to log off the user when they disconnect from the session?

Thank you so much!
