Hello,
We're having an issue with a bunch of PCs that seems to be isolated to one of our office locations where the Horizon client connects to our View desktops just fine until we install the lyncvdi plugin (which we need). We've had people with working clients and the lyncvdi plugin installed go to this office, and they were able to connect with no issue, so it's just a subset of machines. Once the lyncvdi plugin is installed, when a View desktop is launched we get a Windows APPCRASH that says
VMWare Remote MKS has stopped working
Application Name: vmware-remotemks.exe
Application Version: 11.0.0.11625
Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll OR Fault Module Name: UcVDI.dll
If we remove the lyncvdi plugin, the desktop connects right up again. We're able to use the lyncvdi plugin just fine on the majority of our clients with no problem and they use the same Windows image and AV rules. Has anyone come across this before?
Thanks
