I'm currently playing with Horizon View 7 and the newly introduced instant clone feature. I have a small pool with a Windows 7 Enterprise parent VM. I observed, that the instant clone VMs want a reboot after the logon.

I can ignore this. After logoff, the VM is deleted and a new, fresh VM is instantly cloned (that's the pool setting "Delete or refresh machine on logoff: Delete Immediately"). The new VM shows the same behaviour. The parent VM doesn't show this behaviour.
Any hints?
