APEX 2800 Image Caching with Zero Clients

Posting this here first before heading over to Teradici...

Here's an example output of /opt/teradici/pcoip-ctrl -V:

   ++ (Users-44)[28364][E] **[0](1920x1200) **[1](1680x1050) --[2](N/A) --[3](N/A)

According to the manual it says:

[E] indicates the VM is either above the bandwidth threshold or is connect to a client not capable of image caching.

and

[D] indicates the VM is connected to a PCoIP client that supports image caching, and the bandwidth between the VM and PCoIP client is below the configurable bandwidth threshold.

So my question is why are all of my Zero Clients (Tera1 and Tera2) showing an [E] value and any remote users using the View software client showing a [D] value?  I thought the Tera2 chips had client side caching built in.

Thanks!
